Abigail R. Sharp

When you are a kid, a common question that you are asked is simply "What do you want to be when you grow up?" Some would say they wanted to be a fire fighter or an astronaut but I wanted to be a dentist from a young age. I wasn't sure why I wanted to be in this certain career when I was younger, other than the fact I actually enjoyed going to the dentist, it was such an interesting atmosphere to me. As I became a young adult I took this passion and made it a possibility by enrolling in the Dental Occupations class at the Jackson Area Career Center. This has been a decision in my life I know will lead me to great things and it has allowed me to get hands on experience in my future career and only strengthen my dream and passion of becoming a dentist.
